TRAINING MEANS SHAPING THE FUTURE

Ganter’s well-structured and proven training concept focuses on imparting extensive expertise, variety and practical relevance.

It is particularly important to us to offer trainees at the Waldkirch headquarters and the Tauberbischofsheim branch excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. Direct and confident exchange with responsible trainers and mentors in the respective department create the ideal context for this.

We are of course also interested in your continued employment after training. With ongoing on-the-job training as a project or team leader for example, we can open up new perspectives for you later on.

WE DON’T THROW ANYONE IN AT THE DEEP END

Guidance, intensive exchange and a shared sense of fun are the most important things during the introductory week. During these days you’ll get your initial insight into the working world of Ganter.

During joint training sessions and a final excursion, you’ll personally get to know other trainees, the company, your colleagues, and your managers.

To make your further training easier, you will receive telephone training, program training and important safety tips. Your mentor or your trainer will already be there to help you at this stage. They will also explain your individual and detailed training plan, meaning you know exactly what to expect from the outset, including timing and the department allocation of responsibilities.

TRAINEE PROJECTS – WE LET YOU GET ON WITH IT!

Our trainees take on joint responsibility.

You will organize and make decisions on in-house events and your trainee excursions. You will also be responsible for internship management and creative projects in the region. This is how you get involved with your ideas and talents from the outset, and experience team spirit and independence in practice.

The “Reading Island” in Pfiffikus Kindergarten, Waldkirch, is one example of a successful training project. Planning and construction was entirely in the hands of our trainees, and raised questions not only related to creativity and efficient project management, but also of a sense for the customer’s preferences. Technical and commercial trainees worked closely and successfully together to meet these requirements. Proud of their performance, they finally built the Reading Island and handed it over to the kindergarten team, who were very pleased with the result.
