Right in the heart of London

Ganter UK brought a unique signature project to life for a globally acting investment firm, right in the heart of London. In the middle of the upscale Mayfair district, Ganter handled the interior conversion of a one-of-a-kind ensemble spanning two floors as a general contractor. Only the best materials and most cutting-edge technology were used for this project. Lavish offices with fine, eye-catching parquet floors are located on the fifth floor past the impressive reception area, which is clad in dark marble. This is also where elegant meeting rooms are located. The sixth floor contains a luxurious annexe with a fully furnished kitchen and a stately dining room. The exquisite wine bar with integrated air conditioning is an exceptional feature of this floor. This project enabled Ganter UK to demonstrate its longstanding experience in project management on an international stage, which included coordinating 250 workers from various countries and workshops. And the lofty heights at which we built presented a unique challenge, which required the skilful use of hoists and cranes to overcome.ar.
